OK GLUTTONS!!!

Do you know typical Italian dishes?
Italy, as you know, is very famous for its cousine. So we give you some recipes and have a nice meal:

FIRST COURSE:

Rice with sausage (a typical dish of Milan cooking)

INGREDIENTS for 4 persons:
Rice, olive oil, butter, a clove of garlic, a little onion, sausage, 2 cubes of meat concentrated or meat broth, white wine.

EXECUTION:

Prepare broth; in a pot brown in the bil a clove of garlic and a little onion finely cut.
After some minutes add rise and make it toast. Spray with some white wine and evaporate it. Add some it meat broth and keep stirring.
Five minutes before the end of its cooking add a small package of saffion yellow with some hot broth and add some chopped up sausage.
Finally season it with a piece of butter parmesan stir it and put it out. Cover the with a lid for 2/3 minutes. On each portion sprinkle again parmesan.

SECOND COURSE:

Guinea-fowl bakes in the aven

First clean the guinea-fowl (that is a sort of wild chicken); taking away all bowels and then put it on the fire for a short time. Next wash it under cold water.
In a large pot pour 4/5 spoon of olive oil with some garlic and some sweet herbs.
Brown it for some minutes and add the guinea-fowl; spray all with some white wine and cook it for about 20 minutes; warm the oven at the temperature of 200°C. Put it in the oven and during the cooking spray some broth to avoid that the guinea-fowl can dry up. Control when the meat is cooked and finally good appetite!

VEGETABLES:

BLEND OF PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS:
vegetables marrow, peppers, celery, egg-plant, tomatoes, a clave of garlic, oil of olive, a cube of meat concetrate, a little onion.

EXECUTION:

Brown the olive and a clave of garlic and some onion.
First chop up peppers, vegetables marrow, egg-plant, tomatoes and celery. Then put them in a pan and cook everything for 40 minutes.
20 minutes before the end of the cooking add the half of the cube the meat concentrate and some meat broth. Next add some salt and some pepper.

DESSERT:

RUSTIC CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
biscuits, bread, milk, sugar, chocolate,raisons, pine-seed.

EXECUTION:

First put milk, biscuits, bread and chocolate to soak for some hours (until dagh is soft). Mix the raisons, pine-seed and the sugar. After put the ingredients in a food-container and the in over for 50 minutes and the temperature of 180° C.
