Örnsköldsviks harbour is divided in 4 sections, the guestharbour, the smallboatsharbour, the big harbour and the oilharbour.
It´s a very nice harbour with very good service, and many abilities.
The harbour is one of the best in hole Sweden!

Örnsköldsvik has always been a big industrytown, and the demand for a big and modern harbour has always been high. The harbour today is very good and modern, with many abilities. Some reasons can be that the city is just 100 meters from the harbour and the big road E4 :an runs right through the city. Furthermore goes the railway all the way to the harbour and the airport lies just 2 miles away.

The harbour has 4 liftcranes and one mobilcrane to lift the things that imports and exports the seaway. The biggest crane can lift up to 80 tons. The quaylength is 600 meters and the deep of the is 7-10 meters.

The guestharbour

At Örnsköldsvik it’s possible to sail all the way into the centre. According to the Swedish touring club is Örnsköldsviks harbour one of the best in Sweden.
In the guestharbour it’s 30 guest places. The service is very good, in the guestharbour you’ve access to fresh water, toilets, showers, washmachine, electricity, kitchen, fuel, diesel, pharmacy, systembolag, (a store there you can buy alcohol) touristinformation, postoffice, bank, restaurants and pub’s.

In the summer this place is very ornament. You can enjoy the view of the sea, take a walk in the centre or sit down on the quayedge holding an ice-cream in your hand and dangling your legs.
M/S Otilia is a passengerboat, who lies in the guestharbour. It runs daily to very nice places as Gullvik, Trysunda, Sandviken and Ulvön. You can stay at the places for just a day or stay a few nights and rent a cottage.

The smallboat harbour and the oil harbour

The smallboat harbour lies just a little bit from the big harbour. Hear you can buy a quay place. For your private boat. The harbour has 250 quay places, and it’s very popular.
In Örnsköldsvik we have two oil harbours. One in the north and one in the south of the big harbour. But this harbour you don’t use any longer. For a couple of years ago they come up with that they not make any money on it.
