Susanne Gidlund

I am Susanne Gidlund and I’m 17 years. My birthday is on the 14th of May. I live in a small village called Idbyn, just outside Örnsköldsvik in Sweden. I enjoy living in my house with my family. Idbyn is a nice and calm community. It’s close to the ocean and every summer we sun bathe on our beach. My family contains me, my mother Ann-Charlotte, my father Lennart and my three brothers. My oldest brother is Björn and he’s going to be 23 next year and he still lives at home! The child number two in the family is Stefan and he is 20 years old, he’s a cook who doesn’t cook any meal at home. My little brother is 12 years old and named Tommy. He is sweet as long as we don’t fight.

I am talkative and have my ups and downs, which I show. I don’t have much fantasy and would like to be more creative when I’m up to things. I think it’s difficult to describe myself, at least I think so. I don’t like when people dislike me or don’t tell me what’s wrong. I’m, sorry to say, not so very good at taking criticism both good and bad things, but I am learning.

All my spare time, if I don’t count all the homework, I spend on the football ground. I love football! I hope the Swedish national football team (women) will do well in the Olympic games. When I was little I dreamed of being in the national team (*laugh), but now my wishes has gone to a lower level. Maybe I sound like a boring person, but I have time to see my friends too, most of them are also football players.

I listen to a lot of music and read very often books. I am a regular visitor at the cinema, at least when I have money. I have a big passion for impulsive shopping clothes; it’s just the lack of money that’s the problem. This is a little about my family and me.
