How are you?
My name is Vanessa Hörnblad and I’m 16 years old. I was born in Colombia. When I was just a little baby my parents left me on the street with a little basket with clothes. A policeman came and took me to a orphanage. When I was about a year I was adopted. I came to Sweden at Christmas time. A very cold country for a little girl who came from a warm land.
I have a little brother and he is 13 years old and my little sister is 9 years old.
I also have a cat called Karlson. He is black and white and very cute and intelligent.
In my free time I like to sing. I sing in a choir called Plectrum. There are about 70 people in the choir and that it’s really fun. I also like to walk in the wood and go camping.
In the summer I like to play volleyball with my friends . In the summer we play almost everyday.
I have a boyfriend and his name is Benny. Now he does his military service so I can just meet him on the weekends and on holidays.
This summer I have been in England with my mother. We went by bus. We were to Madame Taussauds in London, Isle of White and other famous places. We also went to Holland and Germany. It was really fun and England is a very beautiful country.
When I get older and I’m done with my studies I would like to be a teacher in sign language
