How to be a vegetarian!

More and more people become vegetarians. A few years ago it was not so usual for people to be vegetarians. Now it is hard not to know a person who is. To be a vegetarian has become a living which now is spread all around the world and it is getting bigger.

For those of you who do not know what a vegetarian stands for, I can tell that the ground for every vegetarian is not to eat meat.
What they eat and do not eat depends on the person. There are a few different kinds of vegetarians.
But what all these people have in common is that every one of them has their special reason to be a vegetarian. And the opportunities are many. Some people just want to try it, and others do not like the idea of eating dead animals, you care about them too much. Some of them think about Mad Cow disease and choose for a while, or for a lifetime, not to take the risk of eating meat.
Vegetarian food can be much healthier and it can be cheaper. So as you can see there are a lot of opportunities.
A lot of you perhaps are vegetarians and I think it is a good choice. We all need to be healthier than we are. And to be that, we must eat a varied diet.
A lot of people say that vegetarian food is much more wholesome. But this is not for sure. Of course they eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, beans and lentils. It depends on how engaged you are and how much time you spend on making your food. Some people eat potatoes and sauce and some others make a special dish.
One of my sisters is a vegetarian and she often eats potatoes, sauce and mushrooms. But it happens now and then that she makes a special dish.
