THE TRAGEDY OF SAMUELE

COGNE-30^th January 2002: in a little village, Cogne in Valle D’Aosta,  a wonderful Italian region in North-West of Italy, an ugly and terrible murder has hit the heart of all Italian people:

“a little children of 3 years was killed with 17 brow on all of body!”

The name of  the little and unfortunate victim is Samuele.

That morning Samuele’s mother  leaft  the child to rest on the bed while she took to the first-born, Davide, to the  bus-stop that is not far  from their house, to take the school bus.

When  Annamaria returned home, she  found her child on the bed covered of blood; Annamaria  immediately called the police and the first aid, but their arrival  resulted useless:  by now the child  died.

From 30 January for this family, the life has changed, above all that of the mother. After having lost her son, she has been  suffering more and more because she has been recognized, at the beginning. the homicide of her son.

She spent 10 days in the prison of Torino before to be freed for innocence.

We hope in the very innocence of the mother, because if it wasn’t so, this fact  is more and more terrible and dreadful.
