ONE OF THE BIGGEST ACTOR OF ANY TIME:

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER

Arnold Schwarzenegger was born in 1947 in Austria. Before becoming an actor, he did other careers, as that of footballer (when he was a child) and subsequently the ones of bodybuilding that let him to be known in the world also for his title (Mister Austria, Mister World and Mister Whole).

In 1976 he moved to the U.S.A. abandoned the bodybuilding and he started the career of actor, winning immediately a Golden Globe with "An autentic champion".

After, Schwarzenegger has had a sensational escalation: from the knowless "Conan the barbarous" to the success of "Terminator (1 and 2)", "True Lies", "Act of force", "Batman and Robin" and many others.

In other films, instead of that, he strays from his figure of sinewy hero, like in "The twins", "A policeman at the elementary" and "A promise is a promise". The actor has also taken part at the political life of the United States: in 1990 he has been nominated by Bush, head of the presidential board for physical well-being and sport and in 2000, he had got very good chance to become Governor of California. Besides he took a degree in Economy in 1979 and, in 1997, the magazine "Empire" fitted him in the classification of the 100 most important stars.

Even if he isn’t an actor endowed of big dramatic capacity, he became one of the symbol of action-movie, collecting lot of successes and thanks to his inimitability, there hasn’t found a worthy successor of this big of the hollywood film-trade.
