…and
this marvellous journey has already finished .
I
can still hear the engines of the plane that I have taken for my first time in
this occasion.
I
remember the take-off from Milan and after few hours I arrived in a land that
isn’t mine: the fabulous England.
When
we landed in Manchester we saw with a lot of enthusiasm the English teacher,
Kate, that we said hello to her six month ago, here in Italy: I was sure, I was
dreaming!
Only
just we left , with a little bus, I though: “There is something strange!”,
but after a moment, I understood that the strange thing was the right wheel that,
for Italians is very unusual.
Finally,
we arrived in Malpas! We were all very tired, but very happy to see again our
friends we hosted in Monza and I think that they were happy, too.
During
the week we did a
lot of experiences: we visited Malpas, the school, but the best was the
visit in Liverpool that is a very beautiful city rich of history and the evening
at the Bowling in Chester where we had a good time.
I
think that this cultural exchange joined us to become citizens of Europe,
without
forgetting the
traditions that each country has.
