| Citrus Trip the sixth form band who played their debut independent gig earlier last month, are confident about an upcoming performance at the "Limelight Club" in Crewe. And, judging by recent performances they have plenty to be confident about! The band, who formed 3 years ago consists of 4 students from Bishop Heber High School, Rob Womersley - bass guitar, John Angless - drums, Tim Fletcher - lead guitar and lead vocals and Ben Holden - rhythm guitar and vocals. The band play a variety of their own songs as well as hits from top bands such as; Ash, Oasis, Supergrass and The Beatles. From the upbeat tempo of "Kung Fu" - Ash, to slower, mellower tracks such as Oasis' "Champagne Supernova", providing something for everyone.
