-Why the change from school girl to naughty girl?

Britney Spears seemed like the perfect girl and the perfect idol for all the young girls around the world, but what happened? Why the sudden change?

She was a real darling even when she was a little baby
Britney was born 2:nd December 1981 in Kentwood, Louisiana. Britney has been performing since her early childhood. She performed in local dance reviews and church choirs. Her mother, Lynne Spears says that she was a real darling even when she was a little baby. When she was eight years old she auditioned for the "Mickey Mouse Club". But she was too young. She also competed in beauty pageants. At the age of 11 she finally earned a place in "Mickey Mouse Club". After tree years she returned to Kentwood for a normal year of high school at 14. As a fan of pop music, some of her favourites were Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. When she was little she always wanted to be a singer. At 15 an audition for an all girl band led her to her solo career and she continued her studies on high school. And she went on mini-tours throughout malls in the whole U.S.

Now she has grown up

Now she has had 11 Number One Hits. She has chosen to remain discreet about her love life, but she has told her fans and everybody else that she wouldn't have sex before her marriage. And after that everybody thought that she was an angel and the perfect idol for young girls. But after years of speculation, she revealed that she wasn’t a virgin and she admitted that she had been sleeping with Justin Timberlake. On top of that, she smoked and drank alcohol. Just because she was single and not a virgin media was coupled Britney with every single man in Hollywood.

Posed naked
One day it went from bad to worse for Britney when she appeared topless on the cover of Rolling Stones and she has also posed naked in a fashion issue of the New York Times Magazine and many more magazines. Britney Spears says that she tries to attract a more mature audience with her upcoming album “ In The Zone”. Britney tells Esquire Magazine: - “The record label wanted me to do a certain kind of songs, and I was like, look, If you want me to be some kind of sex thing, that's not me.” But Britney appears on the cover of the Esquire magazine standing sideways in a skin- tight sweater and white stilettos with her backside bared, recreating a famous pose by actress Angie Dickinson. Every time Britney performs, it has a shock value, whether it`s her outfit, her dancing or her song lyrics that gets people all riled up. At one performance from the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards the crowd did go wild when the gorgeous blond onstage strips off her suit piece by piece to reveal the nude body stocking underneath, and all the while she is singing about how she`s ”not that innocent.” Britney said if she didn't have a career in music, she “probably would have gone to college and become a shool teacher. “That's my dream, because I love kids, either that, or an entertainment lawyer.”

The governor’s wife wanted to shoot Britney
The wife of an American governor said that she wanted to shoot Britney because she got brushed off by Britney and she isn`t a good role model for the young girls. But the governors wife quickly apologized to Britney. But Britney just ignored the woman.

The kiss
Recently she kissed Madonna during their performance on stage at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards and Britney suggested the move herself. Madonna later complained about Britney’s tobacco breath.

Its official: Britney Spears has become a bad girl.
"Princess of pop", it seems that Britneys career has no bounds and she can go wherever she chooses for it. All we can do is sit back and enjoy the ride.

But why the change from school girl to naughty girl?
Some would not comment on the image switch. But a stylist called Philip Bloch thinks that Britney maybe is taking page from Madonna’s "playbook".

But who decides that Britney is a bad girl just because of this? Is Britney a bad girl just because of this? I think that maybe Britney, the teen star suffered from lack off attention. She maybe felt that she didn’t get that much attention. Maybe that’s why she is taking off her clothes and showing her breasts.

The pop artists think they have to be sexy to sell, if everybody just looked at the history of it, it really doesn’t help any of their careers.
