This articel is based on an inquiry that I made on 12 girls in my class. The result is that one third of them are willing to do the military service. But it can increase. A lot of females don’t know what the military is all about. A lot of them think that they have to be very strong. But how strong do you have to be to pull the trigger?

The physical ability Females in the military service is often discussed nowadays and it’s a important subject. Many people say that girls don’t have the ability to be as strong as a man. No, females don’t have as much muscles as a man but it’s not just physical, it’s also psychically.

More women got the bulls
The number of females in the military has increased the last years. I belive that the biggest reason why girls don't apply to the military is because of the unknowlege. Most people think that it's just a bunch of gays who just do a lot of exercises and have a rough time. In the military the boys become men and they grow as a person. The girls miss so much experience that they can't get anywhere else. Is'nt that a great opportunity for girls to become women? When the girls has signed the paper they're under the same conditions as the men.

Not just hard work
In the military you get to learn so much about yourself and your limitation. And you also learn much about other people. You learn to work in a group and you learn all about leadership. And it's' also an exellent qualification for you in your civilian life. Remember that it's just about a year, not your hole life!
A commander once said that it's a great job and it's worth to dedicate most of their spare time just to see people grow as a person. The reason why it's only men in the military is because of tradition. In Sweden it's 350 different educations and they are all available for women. All citizens from 18-24 are alloud to apply.
