Diets and Good Health

Nowadays, good appearance is so important to the young people, especially
to girls. They go to great lengths to be good looking and thin. According
to the last survey there are a lot of young people who don’t
eat healthy food and often they have health problems. The number of
the girls who have serious problems with eating increases more and
more each day. Diets are not good for the teenagers, because their
bodies need more vitamins and healthy food. They are closely linked
with our health. It’s so important to young people to do any
sports, to cultivate their bodies. There is something that is the
worst thing about diets – sometimes people get used eating less
and when their organism needs eat they just don’t “listen
to it”. In this way start an illness called anorexia, which
is one of the most serious illnesses of the 21st century. It causes
problems with the health and psyche, so some people, suffering from
this disease can’t stand eating and at some time they stop eating
at all.
We, the young people, should understand that doing any sport is much
more health than being on diet. We shouldn’t forget the importance
of vitamins and energetic food.
