So, is a lifestyle that brings to built the perfect body, to increase physical health, and
snow down the physical age.
Today, the BodyBuilding isn't mentioned, in fact people talk about Culturism, that
is a sport that want to improve the muscular mass with no limits, also using not so
natural substances.
We have to follow two steps to yhave a perfect body: the first one, that is very
important, is the training with weight, foundamentl for the stimulation of muscle fibres;
the second one, concerned the nourishment, that required many proteins, carbohydrates and
all tohse of foods that can help the muscular development.
BodyBuilding is a sport that people don't like, but these people can't speak about
it because they even't any idea about it.
I do this sport since 2 years and I think it produced indescribable sensation, it make you
feel well, sure about yourself; and it also gives values like will and perseverance, that
used in every day life allow to achieve your own purpose, even if very far.

Hi , Im Giuseppe and for me bodybuilding
has a fundamental role in my life because it helps me to hold in shape my body even
if I play already soccer.
I go to the gym three times a week, if not more, with my
friends; apart from doing exercises with the weights, we also enjoy ourselves to pretend
of being so muscular to be able to lift many kilos
Sometimes on the television there is Smackdown, a
bodybuildings tv programm, and my friends and I take delight in the fight pretending
of being like the bodybuilder of television. A lot of times we exaggerate and someone
hurts himself, but nothing of dangerous, in fact as soon as it passes the pain we start
again.
Surly I wont arrive at the same level of my
friend Fabio, because he has been practising it for many years, and also because it
doesnt interest me as for him.
