Obesity means excess of corporeal fat.
Many factors can cause the obesity:
Greater absorption respect of the energy expenditure;
Excess of sedentary style of life;
Consumption of food with scarce nutrition principle but rich in savoury ingredients.
In many industrialized countries the symptom strike one in three of the population.
In the last years according to a study there were an increase from 2.3 to 3.3 times in USA and from 2 to 2.8 times in England and Italy is first place in Europe, for the
number of obesity children, these statistics are destined to worsen.
An incorrect nourishment isnt only, an aesthetical problem but its cause of heavy pathology, too: liver trouble, problems cardio-vascular, ect
Analysed alimentary habits of obesity children distinguish an alimentary model nonsense: skip the breakfast, excess consumption of snack and scarce consumption of
fruits and vegetables.
The family contribute to develop of obesity because the child assumes parents alimentary habits; but there is a psychological aspect too.
Often the food makes use of fill affective empty or of hide anxiety states or depression states.
All nourishment dissuade from undertake diets if before you havent consulted a specialist, because it changes from individual to individual.
They advice not to lose weight in a short time because mass muscular is lost but not fat mass and they advice, too, not to take miraculous medicines.
The Minister of Health found many institutes of care of obesity and has launched a field of information by the school.
Here the rules for a good nourishment:
Exclude tempter food and replace them with genuine foods;
Have salutary and abundant breakfast
Use the meal like a moment to stay together and speak
Eat slowly
Practise sport and go out
Have three meals at day
Drink a lot of water
Besides institutes of instruction is favourable to increase physics activity at school. In short the increase of consumers of fat foods and a sedentary life are true causes of
the obesity problem.
