Portable music

My mp3 player is always with me. In a few centimeters of space, I can archive hundreds of son that I could listen everywhere I want.

Be able to listen to the songs that you prefer for example when you are walking or waiting for the next lesson it’s fantastic!

Usually, I use it having breaks and keeping a low volume and never for too long. There are a lot of initiatives around the world of mp3s. For example, some teachers have

tried to record their lessons on mp3 files, and give them to their students, to let them listen to the lessons at home. I don' t believe this could make me a better student

because probably I won't listen to il with concentration, but It could help many other students that have problems with some subjects.

Another project that I like more than the first is to make it totally free and legal the download of mp3s. The small size of mp3 make their easily downloadable with peer to

peer software, but this is illegal. Why should I go out to buy a Cd when I can get the same songs in a few minutes at home? Personally I consider music a kind of art, and

people can't renounce to the art because we all need it, but this situation won't change unless the price of Cds decrease. So, who is right? This problem could have a

simple solution: make the download of mp3 free from websites. The price of mp3 will be paid by sponsor, that will show their ads on the download page, and you reading

them (or simply having on your screen for a few seconds these ads) make this project possible! Unfortunatly, I think that even if the price of Cds decrease, the 90% of

people will download mp3 from the web anyway, so this could be a better way to solve, at least partly, this problem.
