You always hear how important it is to eat fish,
at least once a week. But why is it so important? I have found out
how important omega-3 is. Many people don´t know that Omega-3
prevent heart- and vessel sickness and it´s important for the
devolopment of the brain. Omega-3 is polyunsaturated. The body can´t
form that it self. That´s why you need to get it from the food.
Fish is one of the very important things in the diet
circle that you need to eat. Fish is almost hated as much as loved.
Most of the adults you talk to like fish. But if you talk to school

much dressing, Road Island, or without breading, Maria
says with a laugh.

the fat. A big part of the fat in fish endure of monounsaturated and
polyunsaturated fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acid is the most discussed
polyunsaturated fat in fish and the body can´t make by it self.
It have to come from the food. Omega-3 is necessity for the brain
and the central nervous system to develop. Studies under the latest
