Laughing for life!

Did you know that laughing can reduces the risk to be burned out?
Or laughing can avoid conflicts when we're in trouble?
It can even increase our lung capacity and strengthen our immune defence.

The positive effect of laughing
The scientists don't know why laughing is so healing, but they've got a theory that it can depend on the physical expression in our body.
A good laugh doesn't just release our temper when we're stressed or sick, it can also strengthen our immune defence, alleviate a heart disease.
Something we should think about is that children laugh everyday for about 400 times while adults just laugh around 30 times a day. So spend some time on your own to your inner child. It can only be better!

Two friends are having a fun shopping trip!

The laugh result
We all know that laughing make us feel good and relaxed. When we're stressed or scared just think of something funny and we suddenly get totally relaxed.

A laugh gets our health at the top too, so why paying a lot of money at the gym when we can be with friends and laugh. Because laughing is for free! It can be equivalent to a short training time due to the fact that laughter strengthens our muscles, lungs and heart. We both cry and laugh with the same muscles in the stomach and it even makes us more creative at work and gives us positive energy and in that way our problems gets better. Maybe it's because when we laugh we get increased level of endorfins which is our body's natural pain alleviator and our own happiness substance.

”Laughter makes yours thyms plumper
and your circulation stronger.
Laughter stimulates your plumper;
Helps you live a little longer.

Laughter helps you keep your health
And it might increase your wealth:
So, don't let your organs shrivel-
Give a smile, a laugh, a giggle!
It improves the atmosphere
And you will spread a lot of cheer!”
~Mercedes Nelson, RN, BSBA

If you're more people in a group you get more fun!
