TRAVELLING IS MY
GREAT PASSION
Hi,
I’m Selena, and one of my great passion, as well as gym, is travelling. I like seeing
new places, visiting museums, churches, parks, and everything is particular in a town, but
apart from the historical town, my favourite destination is the seaside. In the last years
I visited different places: both in Italy and abroad, and that ones I like more for is
artistic value are:
- ROME:in my opinion is absolutely the city that represents the Italian history, with its
uncountable museums, its churches, its squares, famous all over the world, it is always
full of tourists in every period of the year. I think that if you go to Rome, you
can’t miss:
- The Colosseo (on the right);
- S. Pietro square with its basilica (where the Pope celebrates the mass);
- The Trevi fountain;
- Pantheon;
- Navona square.
- PARIS: best known as “the city of lovers”, but first of all known for the
Eiffel Tour, a building in iron, tall more than 300 m. if you go to Paris you have to go
up the tour; from the top of it you can see a wonderful panorama. The same importance have
also monuments like:
- Arc the Triomphe;
- Notre Dame;
- Le Sacre Coeur;
And museums like : - the Louvre;
- the Musee d’Orsay.

To talk about bathing places, my favourite are:
- RICCIONE à a town in Emilia Romagna, where the sea it’s not the best in the world
but as far as entertainment it is just as good as other town. To enjoy yourself night and
day you can go at the Acquafan an aquatic park that at the night it becomes a wonderful
disco.
- CROATIA à My parents and I have been spending our summer holiday in Croatian islands
for 5 years.
Those that I prefer are:
Rab and Baska, both with a marvellous sea.
