What we think about Italian School...

Many Schools have problems and bugs; so we decided to discover what are in our school by interviewing  students in each class.

It was an hard task because no one have good or clear ideas but after many interviews, we succeed in writing the common thoughts about each class.

In the first class, they only complain that the morning break is too short… true but useless, they don’t know what is expecting them!

In the second class, students want to have more understanding professors and less tests along the school year. That’s a real problem here.

Many investigations were started by our governments to solve this problem. The third class is more worried about the problems of the school debts.

If you have some insufficient valuations in some subjects you can seriously lose a year. In other terms they want a new reform.

The last two classes 4th and 5th year think the same, but their thinking is more deeper.

The debts is only the peak of the iceberg: remedial courses in summer are useles, like the ones in winter; no importance about the a student’s results between the first

and second terms of school; The valuation are not representative of a student; the laboratories aren’t used correctly…

Many problems and only one solution: Reform!!

But what?

Many say that a good solution is to take example from the British or American school.

I mean that a correct step is to change the organization of the Italian school and create classes for subjects and not classes for students.

Easy, but not easy reform. Now we are waiting what the new government is going to do.

What do you think about?
