The effects of media

Media effects us in all different ways and can be both good and bad, it depends on how you see it .

We are all being very effected of the hugh beautyideal that we are surronded by today. Everywere we can read in the magazines, watch tv and se how the media distort the human body. We have built up this sad ideal, that almost nobody can match up to, and if you do you wouldn’t see humanlike.

Children and teenagers can be very easy effected and take al that they are showing in the medias, like the advertising, magazines and such into their hearts. . For an example can a poster by some supermodel, whos body is very photoshoped and retouched, can do they very insecure. They say that diseases like aneroxi, bulimi and eating distorder can be one of the affections of the media.

You can easily get a very disort picture of the society and the humanbody where everything are beeing showing in perfection, thats why the teenagers and the children want to fit in to this ideals, and then it can lead on to diseases like that.

The teenagers and the children maybe think that if they are looking like that star they would be more popular and feel more loved. Its nothing strange about that, but the media should look after the people and write stuf thats make people feel more good about themselves than terring them apart.

In some magazines you can read about this hollywood star who maybe gain a few pound and lost them the month after, or maybe Reneé Zellweger, who gained like 20 kilos to play this character in a movie and when the movie was done, she lost them straight away.

The truth is that this hollywood stars have a hole staff behind their back, a staff thats include a cock, a personal trainer and maybe even their own hairdresser. So isnt that hard for them to loose a couple of kilos and look absolutely fabolus most of the time.

I doesn’t think there’s something wrong by following trends and look in femalemagazines and read the gossipmagazines, but I think that you should to it for fun instead of take it to hard on yourself when you see this skin celebrity.
