Why are so many people around the world ocupied with Facebook? is it really a good thing or is it bad?

The good thing is that it get's people togheter, people who normaly don't dare to take contact in the real world and on disco's and pubs and such. Facebook is also good at findings old class mates and dear friends, because of the fact that Facebook has grown so big that it is very few that don't have a ”Facebook” these days. Facebook is also something that can make the time fly away.

The bad things are that, people who sits a little to much with Facebook can get very unsocial. The pictures that get's uploaded from the user could be stolen or the site maybe get hacked and the pictures begin to show up on unsuitable sites e.g.

I think there are alot of people who is using Facebook because of the fact that people are interested in each other and they are curious of what they can find out if they visit each other's user. Facebook got the tools and funtions which make's it easier to connect.
