Blood Donation

How much do you appreciate your life? And lives of other people?
Hundreds of people die every day in all world.. It's terrible.. But how can we change the reality? There are many ways: you can help with the voluntary work, or with some money.. But I think that the most important step is the blood donation. Human blood is a natural product, not reproducible artificially and of essential importance in First Aid and in the treatment of certain diseases such as cancer those in transplants. There are still a lots of illness that can kill people of the Third World without our help.. So it's very important. It doesn't cost anything to us and it's really great to know that we can save somebody. So if you want do donate your blood you must have following requirements:
- your age must be from 18 to 60 years
- do not have chronic diseases
- do not have surgery in the last 4 months
- did not travel or reside in the tropics during the last 3 months
- do not be practiced upon himself tattoos or acupuncture, or holes in the lobes or piercing different in the last 4 months
And it's also very simple.. you must go to a qualified centre like AVIS or FRATRES or someone else and just do it!
It's so easy and so important..
So just remember: One day you might need it to yourself!
