RENEWABLE ENERGY

Hello to everyone my name is Edoardo, the matter that I want to talk to you is a matter that I’m very interested in, the matter is named pollution and global warming.
Being very concerned, I made a lot of research about this phenome-non and discovered that the main cause of pollution is the abuse of fossil fuels to provide energy, but also I discovered that there are methods that can produce electricity without the use of fossil fuels.
These methods are called renewable energy sources.
Be considered renewable forms of energy generated from sources which by their intrinsic feature of regeneration or are not "ex-haustible" in the time scale of "human" and, by extension, its use will not affect the natural resources for future generations.
They are therefore generally considered to be "renewable energy" the sun, wind, the sea, the heat of the Earth, or those sources whose use does not impede the availability in the future, while "non-renewable", both for long periods of much higher than actual consumption (particularly fossil fuels such as oil, coal, natural gas) or to be present in not inexhaustible reserves on the human scale of time (in particular the uranium 235 isotope, l 'item now more used to produce nuclear energy) are limited in the future Some examples of renewable energy sources are:
Hydropower is the kind of energy that takes advantage of the conversion of gravitational potential (owned by masses of wa-ter at high altitude) into kinetic energy in overcoming a height difference, which kinetic energy is transformed, thanks to an al-ternator coupled of turbine, into electricity.
Hydropower is derived from the course of rivers and lakes through the creation of dams and penstocks. There are various types of dam: a leap in power will take advantage of falling great heights available in mountainous regions. In central flowing water are used instead large numbers of river water in excess of small drops, for doing so, however, the river must have a considerable size and a constant.
Wind power is the product of the conversion of kinetic wind energy into other forms of energy. Currently it is mainly converted into electricity through a wind farm, whereas in the past, wind energy was used immediately on the spot as driving en-ergy for industrial applications and pre-industrial. First of all renewable energies for the cost-production, was also the first re-newable energy source used by mankind.
For solar energy is the energy, heat or electricity pro-duced directly using the energy radiated from the Sun (renewable) toward the Earth.
At any time the Sun forward onto land in 1367 watts per m². Taking into account the fact that the Earth is a sphere that rotates, moreover, the average solar radiation, the European latitudes of about 200 watts per square meter. Multiplying the average power per square meter for the land surface dell'emisfero moment to mo-ment exposed to the sun you get a power greater than 50 million GW (one GW - gigawatts - is about the average power of a large power plant).
Surely it must be said that building infrastructure to accommodate these buildings would be very costly but would certainly invest hours a big advantage in the future.
