Environmental pollution by military activities.

1.Humans have been fighting throuout history but just about ten years ago they began to think ”Maybe we destroy our nature by our military activities?” Yes, thats right. Our general pullutes environment by using three kinds of weapons: nuclear, biological and chemical.

This kind of weapons must be used to kill large numbers of humans and/or cause huge damages to different structures(buildings), natural structures (mountains), or the biosphere in general. For exemple: it takes hundreds of years for the remains of using nuclear bomb radiation to disappear.

Radiation influences not only soldiers but animals and plants too. Biological and chemical weapons have the same effect. There are a lot of people in Vietnam who suffer from different diseases caused by chemical weapons.

There are only two countries that have more weapons of mass destruction than noone else: the USA and Russia(USSR). This two countries were those superpowers that decided the destiny of the world from 1945 to 1991. But these countries weren´t friends. That´s why they produced so many weapons of mass destruction, they were ready to start a New World War.

Russia and the USA are still not friends and they produce and design new kinds of weapons. And they need to test these weapons somewear. One place where they do this is Kapustin Yar in Russia which is polluted for thousands of years... If we want to save our nature, first of all we must do something with world politics.
