Traffic and cars in the future |
|||||
Uncountable accidents happen daily all over the world and we need to find a way to improve the traffic security but at the same time we must make sure it will be good for the environment also. Some countries have already developed the traffic security i.e. in Europe and in North-America but in the other parts of the world, like in Asia where most people live there is a lack of security. Most of the accidents occur in big cities, where they do not have strict rules.
There are a lot of ways to have a better air in our world. First we could increase the number of public transport i.e. more buses, trains and undergrounds but furthermore we could also decrease the number of cars that we drive today, because the oil is going to come to an end soon. Nowadays we can use ethanol instead of petrol or diesel, which are harmful for the environment. Ethanol can be used in the same way as the petrol in a combustion engine. Nearly all the petrol which is sold in Sweden contains 5 volume percent ethanol. An average car consumes about 340000 Cubic metre ethanol. According to the experts we will have electronic cars in the immediate future. There are quite a few reasons why electronic cars are better: It is not dangerous for the environment and it will cost less money, because we only have to charge the battery and thanks to this we only have to pay for the electricity. Now we also have hybrid cars, which is a sort of car that combines petrol and electricity. Cars that consume air can be a good solution if we think about the near future. A French car-company Mdi have already started to produce these kind of cars. There are a lot of advantages with has air-fuel cars among other thing this like the technique is simple, and you can fill the tanks quite fast. With one compressed tanking it can take us 220 km so we could well use it for city-driving and we would not have problems with air in big cities.
