FUTURE

Most people think that in the future there will be such things as flying cars, robots with emotions that can immitate a human beings movement, etc. I myself don't belive that the term ”future” can be used in that way, more likely a distant future or a near future would discribe that. I think of the term ”future” more as an unreachable goal because whatever the year might be there will always be a future and when we come to this distant future with highly advanced technology (if we do) the future will still be out there with new and more advanced methods to renew our technology.

In a near future we might even have our robots built and ready for use, though I don't belive they will have emotions or a humans aperence. They have already started to build household robots that can immitate our movements. They are just suppose to ease the chores around the house. They already developed a little flat robot that can sweeps the floor like a vacuum cleaner, i'ts already highly advanced because it can avoid every obsticles it might crash into. But as the robot technology grows more advanced people will lose their jobs because of it. As for our homes, they are building more compact and environment safe houses witch soon might replace the bigger city apartments.

The weapon industry have made huge improvements since the world war two. Even now they are developing something called Emp wich stands for electromagnetic pulse. An Emp can shut down the electricy of half a continent within seconds, though this weapon got some side effects it will be useable in a near future. If an Emp strike would occur, we would have to abandon our combat vehicles and return to more primitive weapons. Another powerful weapon they've developed is a new type of airplane with a powerful laser equiped, the idea of this weapon is to fly on such hight that the enemies can't detect it and then bring down a destructive ray upon the enemy that will annihilate the threat.
