The Project of this school year

 

The title of this school year’s project is “Healthy Lifestyle”. Two groups of students of Mosè Bianchi High School  joined the project and they are  A2 surveyors and 2C accountants. This project has four more partners: a German school in Radolfzell, the Friedrich-Hecker-Gymnasium; two schools  from Great  Britain, the Malbank School and Sixth Form College and the Bishop Heber High School; a Swedish school in Ornskoldsvik, the Parskolan Ornskoldsviks Gymnasium.

The aim is to share some peculiar aspects of Italian and  Mediterranean food tradition to improve teenagers’ diets and to avoid eating disorders. . In particular we focused on two main aspects, the food pyramid as a model for healthy nutrition and some guidelines for a healthy breakfast. Thanks to this activity we can realise that good eating habits are important for our health now and in the future.
