Personal Opinions

 

In my opinion, the experience we had last Saturday was really useful to realize how important diet may be. For example, in my family we are not accustomed to have a

real meal for breakfast; I usually have a croissant while walking to school. It would be better to sit down and take the right time to eat what I need in the morning. The

habit of having a healthy breakfast means better heath conditions and wellness at every age. Breakfast may have a favourable effect on memory performance, attention

and understanding in children and teenagers during the morning.

After a balanced breakfast, you tend to reduce the intake of calories in the following meals of the day, and people who habitually have breakfast are less subject to take

on weight and become obese.
