WHAT IS A HEALTY LIFESTYLE?

 

In our group work, we pointed out that it consists in limiting the consumption of excessively fat and sweet food, doing regular physical exercise and avoiding eating

between meals. Therefore, it is advisable to have a breakfast especially for children and teenager because it has positive effects on memory, attention and

understanding. Moreover, the habit of a balanced breakfast can prevent diseases such as obesity and diabetes.

For example, Italians tend not to consume cereal and fruit juice for breakfast. Especially teenagers tend to eat fat and unhealthy snacks. This is not good for their health

in the long run. However, it is very difficult to follow these guidelines regularly, because people are always in a hurry, they have to early in the morning, and they have

only a little time for breakfast.

Most commuters usually have their lunch far from home, so they eat a quick meal at pubs or canteens or fast food restaurants.

Moreover, it is very difficult to change unhealthy habits!
