
CHARLOTTE ALLA MILANESE
Ingredients for 6 people:
- Apples (1000 g)
- French stale bread
- Sugar (180 g)
- Butter (60 g)
- White wine (1/2 glass)
- Lemon peel (to 1 lemon)
- Raisins (40 g)
- Candies (60 g)
- Rum (25 millilitres)

EXECUTION:
- You peel the apples and cut them into segments
- Then cook them with half of the sugar and add the lemon and white wine.
- Add the raisins and the candies
- Knea the sugar with the butter and grease one of the tins
- Line the tin with seices of bread, fill in with apples and cover with the rest of the seices of bread
- Spread the rest of the mixture with sugar and butter
- Put in the hot oven at (170° c) and cook for about 40 minutes
- Take out of the oven, sprinkle with the rum and serve hot.
