Tortelini Alla Panna

Ingridients for 4 people

Tortellini Alla Panna
Preparation and cooked: about 20 minutes

  • 500 g of tortellini
  • 70 g of butter
  • 2 dl of cookingcream
  • 60 g parmesan
  • white ground pepper

  1. Boil some salty water
  2. Put the tortellini into the pot, cook them and drib them very well
  3. In a large frying pan, you must melt about 1/3 of butter with the tortellini, a drop of cooking cream, 20 Grams of parmesan and a handful of white ground pepper, stir with a spoon.
  4. Add, a bit a time, the oher ingredient: the butter, the cooking, the cookingcream and the parmesan. Then stir.
  5. Cook at low heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve the tortellini and the other parmesan.
