Preparation and cooked: about 20 minutes
- 500 g of tortellini
- 70 g of butter
- 2 dl of cookingcream
- 60 g parmesan
- white ground pepper
- Boil some salty water
- Put the tortellini into the pot, cook them and drib them very well
- In a large frying pan, you must melt about 1/3 of butter with the tortellini, a drop of cooking cream,
20 Grams of parmesan and a handful of white ground pepper, stir with a spoon.
- Add, a bit a time, the oher ingredient: the butter, the cooking, the cookingcream and the parmesan. Then stir.
- Cook at low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the tortellini and the other parmesan.
