With the double album 17 RE (1986), the Litfiba blows up the worl done in many years that explodes in their songs and in the adorable and unstoppable melodies. Some of the most beautiful songs of his album are "RE DEL SILENZIO", "APAPAIA", "PIERROT E LA LUNA" and "TANGO". The following year the Litfiba launches a new album from the alive "APRITE I VOSTRI OCCHI", which containes part of the most interesting matters With the third album of the "TRILOGIA DEL POTERE" (1988), the Litfiba goes out definitely from the underground surrounding and it reveals itself as the most beautiful and pleasant novelty of the complete Italian landscape. In the 1989, with "PIRATA", the group devotes itself definitely and succeeds in achieving levels of essential popularity for a rock group, but abdicating the classical promotional forms. In the same year the group suffers of the change with the departure of Gianni Maroccolo and Ringo de Palma., attracted from his passion for the artistic production. Roberto Terzani (bass), Daniele Trambusti (drums), Federico Poggipollini (second guitar) and Candelo Cabezas (percussions) enter to be part of the band; these new elements contribute in notable way to the enrichment of the new sound of the Litfiba inspired by the Latin melodies, going out with songs like "TEX" and "CANGACEIRO".
The album breaks the hit-parade and it becomes the best catchword of the rock culture and draws themes like the daftness of some debates spread out from the latent diabolic characteristic of the this kind. The evolution of the sound is driven from the singer (Piero Pelů), that finds in the drummer Franco Caforio, a new friend of the group (Poggipollini and Cabezas leaves the group). In the following months the band starts the "TERREMOTO Tour" that putt the base for the following album "COLPO DI CODA" (1994), immediately followed by "SPIRITO", composed with the co-operation of Rick Parashar. This album, dedicated to the air, it is a point of departure of the group to explore new roads. The sounds become more essential and they dedicate it to a new season with a CD and a video made during the "SPIRITO Tour". With "MONDI SOMMERSI", the Litfiba concludes the "TETRALOGIA DEGLI ELEMENTI". This album has devoted to the water.
