My name is Madelene Karlsson and I live in the northern part of Sweden, in a small town
called Örnsköldsvik. I´m 17 years old and I study at Parkskolan. I´m in my second year here at
the Social Science Program. Parkskolan is quite big ,we are 1200 students here.
I live with my mother ,her fiancé and my little sister. We live in an apartment with three
bedrooms.
I have a little brother too but he is living with our father in Domsjö 7km from us.
I have about 4km to the city and a little longer to school. In autumn and spring I ride the bike
to school but in the winter I go by bus.
In my sparetime I´m playing floorball in a team with 28 players. It´s really fun ! I´m a help
leader at church too. It´s once a week and then I´m taking care of children between 6 and 10
years old. Besides that I´m trying to take my driving-licence. It´s only three months until I´m
18 and I hope that I can get the licence around the end of January.
